WildPedia respects intellectual-property rights and provides a process for reporting text, images, or other material believed to be unauthorized.

Copyright ownership

Unless otherwise stated, original WildPedia text, branding, graphics, and page design are owned by or licensed to WildPedia. Third-party images, quotations, trademarks, and data remain the property of their respective owners.

Reporting alleged infringement

Send a written notice to cndevex@gmail.com containing:

  1. Your full name and contact information.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact WildPedia URL and a clear description of the material at issue.
  4. A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Review and action

WildPedia may request additional information, temporarily restrict access, remove material, correct attribution, contact the contributor or licensor, or decline a request that is incomplete or unsupported. We may retain the report as needed for records, dispute handling, security, and legal compliance.

Counter-notices and disputes

A person whose material is removed may be allowed to submit a response or counter-notice where applicable. Because legal requirements vary, obtain qualified advice before submitting a formal statutory notice or counter-notice.

Misrepresentations

Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent claims. A claimant may be responsible for consequences arising from material misrepresentations under applicable law.

Non-copyright concerns

For privacy, trademark, defamation, factual correction, or animal-safety concerns, use the Contact page and clearly identify the type of request.
